GUERRERO DE SOMBRA

Guerrero De Sombra

Welcome to Guerrero De Sombra Academia.

WHAT IS "GUERRERO DE SOMBRA"?

"GUERRERO DE SOMBRA" IS GLOBAL COUNTER-TERRORISM FIREARMS TRAINING, UNIVERSAL MILITARY TRAINING, JEET KUNE DO CONCEPTS AND THE FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS!!! Guerrero De Sombra is based on International Military and Civilian Police Combat systems, U. S. Military Special Warfare Training, Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Brazilian Jujitsu, Filipino Kali and Kina Mutai among other Extreme Combat Systems.

Continuing to change and improve with the times, if a technique or concept doesn't work we throw it away!

Eddie Goynes Jr is the Founder/Head Instructor of Guerrero De Sombra. He is certified and has trained extensively in U.S. Airborne / Air Assault Operations, Military Law Enforcement and Special Reaction Team (CQB) for the past 13 years. He is also a Full Instructor in Bruce Lee's Jun Fan JKD, JKD Concepts, The Filipino Martial Arts, and Offensive Fighting Tactics/Extreme Street Survival.

" Guerrero De Sombra" is a "process" of training to SURVIVE against any one person or persons, anytime, anywhere, under any circumstances, with anything!

Learning self defense/self preservation is just like learning CPR. We hope we never have to use it, but we recognize that it's an important skill to have "just in case." Hopefully you will never have to use any self preservation skills, but wouldn't you like to be able to defend yourself "just in case?"

At Guerrero De Sombra Academia, we specialize in training you in "the most expedient manner possible". Our self-defense/self-preservation program draws upon the most sophisticated martial arts systems combined with the same unarmed self-defense tactics taught to the U.S. Military. Whether you train for one month or one year you will experience remarkable results regardless of your current physical condition or ability. Don't wait and find out through personal experience that being without "REALITY- BASED" self-defense skills is not an option!!!

My name is Eddie Goynes, President/Head Instructor of Guerrero De Sombra Academia. My background is in Military and Civilian Tactical Law Enforcement, U.S. Military Special Warfare Training, Jun Fan JKD, Jeet Kune Do Concepts, The Filipino Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Offensive Fighting Tactics/Extreme Street Survival and Tactical Firearms among others. The idea for starting GDS was to bring together all the areas of combat I’ve trained over the years into one place, to further develop these areas and then simplify them for practical use. Dedicated to promoting the expansion of Jeet kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts, Guerrero De Sombra "focuses on developing totality in combat".

"We do not take credit for inventing any new combat philosophy or any of the elements we train in. We simply take truth in combat as it is reveiled through training to create a synergy in combat that becomes effective at stopping violence."

- Eddie Goynes Jr

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
